Beef, butter nut squash, baby corn, yellow potatoes, snow pee, English cucumber, yellow peppers, onion, pear, carrot….

Topped with a sticky honey bbq sauce, Romain lettuce, Roma tomato, sour cream!

Cooked till a nice crunch on the veggies!

Why all these cooking posts? I spent the last 30 years eating road food! Nothing even close to what I’m eating every night at home! This stuff is gormet compared to road food!

So yea, I’m having a fucking blast…..

So do you think that’s what they went after? It’s rather odd. They didn’t go after easy ravioli which has far more unique’s per month than roach.ES!

Awesome! Deep fried tofu with steamed broccoli and a veggie stir fry so to speak!

It turned out better than expected. Considering I’ve never used a wok before!

The secret to frying the tofu is draining first. Cutting into about 1” chunks and tossing them in the wok oil little by little.

You know it’s done when the outside is golden brown and the inside is this beautiful hot mushy goo!

Usually I just drizzle teriyaki on them and eat right at the stove! So good!

Also decided on a stir fry! Yellow / orange peppers with apple chunks, red potato / mushrooms a few left over broccoli that didn’t fit into the steamer!

I just cooked that with light soy sauce and a drip of teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce!

Oh and the only seasoning I used on the tofu was garlic powder and pepper…..

I also used these sauces to brighten up the mix…..

On soda pop for a while! Already did done buy 8 bottles last night. Got my bottle return money and decided on 12 more!

Why am I telling you this? Cus when I was OTR I drank 2-3 of those a day! I’m down to 1 a day now!

Added bonus took a bunch of the x old ladies shit up to goodwill! Little by little she disappears! Praise sweet baby Jesus!

Gave her ample opportunity to let me know about anything! She refused, so I refuse to keep her shit in my space!

Will be taking what’s left to the dump soon enough…..

She doesn’t even deserve that much respect…..

I hope the weed induced psychotic episodes were all worth it! Cus from my vantage point, that’s all you got left…..

Finally finished clearing out the pantry! Jesus Christ most of that was junk food and expired shit!

Oldest found food item in there…..

Honey doesn’t count! That shit will literally last for ever! If it crystallizes just put it in a pot of water on the stove and it will melt back to its originality!

How do I know this?

That was my uncles bee farm. I helped spin and bottle damn near everyone of those bottles when I was a kid!

I was banned from hiving when a bee got in my helmet and stung my face. Which in turn led to a massive head and a ride to the hospital!

So I was reduced to spinning and bottling! 🙂

And yes I did lick my fingers a couple times when I was spinning….. 🙂

Backpacks like you wouldn’t believe! That is cloth, canvas and nylon back packs!

I however bought a huge ass leather back pack for showers a few years ago! That fucker is still holding strong! Works great for a shower backpack. That is its use and that’s what it will stay as!

So I went through another work backpack and decided to to find a big leather bag to replace it!

One that’s kinda stylish yet can handle what I got to put in it! My water bottle, lunch, rain jacket and my sweatshirt along with a few tools when needed!

So I looked to the company that made my shower bag! Although this one ain’t buffalo leather. It still looks like it will do the fucking job! Ordered some leather protector to throw on there so stay tuned…..
