Who rocked my world again last night. I don’t think she quit understood why I didn’t add a lot of seasoning to this pork shoulder I made in the crock pot yesterday?
Only cus I plan on using that shoulder for multiple dishes! Pulled pork sandwiches today. A corn chowder Soup later tonight!
With the remainder of the meat being used in a casserole for tomorrow! so a light seasoning kicked ass for the basics and a heavy per dish seasoning will rock the rest….. 🙂
To stop cooking! This here Sghetti is just as fabulous as the last! Hot ( spicy ) Italian sausage with shrooms, yellow peppers, 1 de-seeded jalapeño, eggplant, leeks and these fancy gourmet onions I posted about earlier!
Since I used a spiral noodle I used half marinara and half that orange stuff pictured!
Turned out very good! Since I’m starting a new schedule <———-~(: pronounced shhhed-u-all!
I need that extra energy to pasta will provide later today…..
This is the first attempt at a 4egg omelet that actually flipped! 🙂 woo hoo!
Unfortunately or fortunately if your mika. Who managed to snag a piece of the 2nd hash brown before I could get it off the floor!
It turned out well!
4 eggs. With pepper and seasoning. Flipped and filled with shrooms and Brie cheese! Topped with a small squirt of that wonderful Polynesian sauce I found at Safeway…..
Fresh spicy Italian sausage, chopped eggplant, chopped fresh mushrooms!
All cooked together starting with the eggplant and ending with the spicy meat! cooked with Italian spice, pepper, yellow onion, soy sauce, a squirt of spicy brown mustard and a small squirt of bbq sauce!
Added fresh chopped tomato a few minutes before taking off the stove!
The sauce was half a jar of marinara and half a jar of tomato basil Sghetti sauce! All cooked together with meat and veggies!
We have a batch of wanna be rich bitches roaming my street today!
I remember the last time they came around I did a little research! They ain’t exactly rich! They definitely want you to think they are. Either their husbands are lying to them or….
Yet the numbers on the paper say they are far more in debt than they have in cash value!
Now here is the recipe but I’m using fresh onion instead of onion powder!
And I’m using a airfyer instead of an oven cus I’m too lazy to pre-heat!
12 Fresh Jalapeno Peppers green, fresh and firm
225 g Cream Cheese softened
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese shredded
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 Cup Breadcrumbs
2 Large Eggs beaten
Cooking Spray
I mixed 2 loafs of cream cheese with a cup of cheddar cheese, a bit of mozzarella, Pepper, and a 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder fresh onion and some leaks….
Combined by hand ( you can use a blender or mixer! )
Cut jalapenos in half, remove seeds and guts. Fill each half with mixture. Roll in egg wash and then roll in panko or bread crumbs.
Air fryer set at 330 degrees for about 12 or so minutes!
Oh so good! Remember to let them sit a bit! As that is molten cheese in the middle! The fresh onion really made it spectacular!
Regular bread crumbs…..
I used a Polynesian sauce and or a marinara sauce! Some like ranch…..
I cooked mine in both panko and generic bread crumbs! Panko to me was a bit better!
Wish I would have added some shrimp and white Alfredo sauce instead of the tomatoe Alfredo….
First time cooking eggplant! Not bad! Eggplant coated with extra virgin olive oil and planko! Cooked until fork cutting soft! Topped with fresh mozzarella and a drip of the Alfredo sauce!
I used linguini noodles and ofcourse that tomatoe Alfredo sauce! Tossed in a few cooked mushrooms and fresh tomato chunks!
With an added Asian hooker salad with Catalina dressing instead of that Asian squirt…..
