Omg so good…..
by RoachKiller The recipe for the batter is at the end! I added my spices in the batter….. I used my wok to fry the fish and chips! An air fryer was used to cook the clams In the half shell!
My personal choice is the darker side of the fry….
Oh so good!
I used Stella as my beer of choice!
Frozen Alaskan cod, ofcourse defrosted…..
Chips were fried In the same oil and I didn’t taste anything fishy….
Tonight’s dinner…..
