I’m calling them fa’jit’as…..
Beef, squash, baby corn, yellow potatoes, snow pee, English cucumber, yellow peppers, onion, carrot….
Topped with a sticker honey bbq sauce, Romain lettuce, Roma tomato, sour cream!
Cooked till a nice crunch on the veggies!
Why all these cooking posts? I spent the last 30 years eating road food! Nothing even close to what I’m eating every night at home! This stuff is gormet compared to road food!
So yea, I’m having a fucking blast…..
