I was a border line alki/ speed freak! Gave that all up to become one of the best truck drivers on the roads today!

Got back into music hard and look at me now! I’m passing up dates with women that you only dream of going out with. So I can fold laundry, play with the dog and learn the acoustic intro to an Old Testament song!

I don’t know whether I have fallen deep into the trenches of despair or I’m living my best life…..

23 year accident free plaque! Honestly I think I’m gunna leave it right there! It makes a great fucking coaster! I have a wall full of those fucking things…..

Yet I’m procrastinating working on the living room decor and hanging all the new hangers up! While tossing out the old ones….

I am however heading out to grab me some new art! As that clock over the fire place has been at that exact time for like 10 years now!

These lamb shanks are fucking stupendous!

Fucking perfect! Fall off the bone goodness!

My presentation sucks! But it was so good!

Second soak…..

Tried the raspberry mocha tonight! 24 hour soak and it’s quit a splendid coffee! Tastes good with milk and has the same, holy shit buzz with only a half filter load!

If you were to do a full filter like the directions say. You’re definitely going to need some serious “ watering down!”

Now since these beans are so fucking expensive I decided I would transfer the done coffee to pitchers and try a second soak on the same beans!

I will let you know tomorrow on how those turned out…..

Like this mornings cup, I did half coffee, half milk with 6 packets of Splenda! I am seriously feeling no pain right now! Super caffeinated so to speak!

Veggies softened! Pot in the oven, see ya in 2.5 to 3 hours! Only change I made to the recipe is I added half a can of tomato paste!
