by RoachKiller Are under age, their identities have been hidden! defendant 1.2 was the initial trouble maker to the scene! He did the breaking and entering! Defendant 1.1, the bigger one was the muscles of the operation!
Yet when defendant 1.2 broke in. Defendant 1.1 got scared and beat up defendant 1.2! So other than a picked baby gate and some minor bruising. There really was no crime! Either way they will held in local court detention until the lawyers can agree on a sentencing term!
As to them being minors, this offense will not be on there permanent record! No criminal charges will be filed!
It will be a warning to them that crime does not pay!
