I tried real hard to look scared and before he even finished telling me what happened. I turned and said, “ wasn’t me, I was on the road! I got proof!”
Hopefully I looked worried enough that I passed the “ suspicious, worried, uh oh” phase!

Why did I act like that? I’ve been practicing for future times when I actually know what’s going on but have to pretend I don’t!
Example, I picked up a trailer Monday that had a slashed tire! Not bad enough I couldn’t take it to the repair shop. Bad enough I could really go that far!
After I noticed that I continued on with my pre trip and noticed once again my lower marker lights don’t work! ( shocked look on my face )
Now this isn’t a new thing! It’s been happening on many trailers I have picked up the last few months!
Those who don’t know, the newer led bulbs are no long non polarized! You actually have to plug positive to positive, negative to negative!
So what these low rent cunts are doing, hold on why I roll my eyes again. They are taking the time to unplug those lights and hook them up backwards! So they stop lighting! So then to fix them when you pick up the trailer. You have to unplug them and plug them back in the other way!
Unbelievably fucking low rent and low iq shit!
So when I went to get that tire replaced. I told them that marker lights didn’t work! Mainly so I have a paper record as to the bullshit I’ve been dealing with!
What was funny, was I asked the mechanic what he did! He explained he just turned the plug around! Lol
I sure hope my look of shock and confusion was good enough…..
