I never thought this would work! Tonight’s dinner is eggplant with ny strip steak in a stir fry base!
First i doused the meat and eggplant in Japanese bbq sauce and cooked vigorously in the wok!
Next I threw in the Stir fry base wich was teriyaki flavored!
Cooked thoroughly, through and through! Served with Parmesan cheese sprinkled vigorously on top!
Buuuuurp!
FYI, the eggplant tastes magnificent cooked in Japanese bbq sauce!
