Eventually word will get around, and your customer base will dwindle !
Case in point, who remembers the old Bob’s rental down on McLaughlin? They Retired the building and it became a radio control hobby shop.
I had a lot of fun driving on the track with my car, so did my family. but then the low rents showed up.
These new people didn’t like certain clientele that was there. For various reasons other than their own selfish need!
when I would go not only would I pay the track fee, but you know I’d buy sodas. I’d buy parts and you know it was a great little once a month, you know once every couple months enjoyment. And over the years that I went there, I spent a lot of money and I had a lot of fun!
But It got to the point where the stupidity of the special needs people, and I don’t mean handicap. Became too overwhelming for even me to deal with!
So I just stopped giving that hobby shop my business. And obviously there were other people who felt the same as I. Because within two years, the place is closed. Went out of business, I guess in this case when you let the stupid rule, the roost.
You get what you deserve!
I have plenty of examples where the special needs people and I don’t mean mentally handicapped. Come in, push out the actual paying customers and the place goes under!
Every time that happens, I drive by with a big smile on my face. When you let the stupid rule the roost you get what you deserve….
