Ya loose ladies! That was by far the greatest burger I’ve ver made! I have never taken a bite and been transported with multiple flavors! Bite after bite!
I fried some shrooms and onions in a ginger and scallion sauce!

While that was cooking I de-rooted the live lettuce and waited to wash until right before puting on the burger!

Live lettuce!

Threw the corn on the cob into the air fryer. It was frozen and upon the unfreezing process it started to soften. The air fryer helped dry it out and add a taste of bbq to each ear!
After that I slapped some butter on each half of the bun and toasted those a couple minutes each!
Slapped the meat in the pan. About 1/2lb pork / beef burger for each patty! Cooked those on 7 or 8 until almost cooked through!
Washed the lettuce and began building!
I washed 1 side of the bun with mayo/Portland ketchup and a tinge of spicy green chilie mixed together!
Assembly was simple!

Bottom bun, patty, live lettuce, onion mushroom mix, Roma tomatoes…..
Cut in half and pigged the fuck out! So good! I literally had a new flavor on each bite! Including a peach whiskey bbq sauce I applied during cooking! It was a stunning taste of my abilities!
Oddly no fresh cheese was used in this recipe…..
