Omg turned out fantabulous!

Taters cooked a little too long but…. It all turned out great? Buuuurp!

Desert was fucking awesome!

That pistachio mixed with the mocha and mango! I could eat all 4 myself! Damn good!

Tonight’s dinner…..

Will be beef pot roast! In beer, whiskey and a tomato based sauce!

It’s basically the same rue that I used for the stew. Minus the can of crushed tomatoes, mushrooms and Italian seasonings. With a lot more beer and whiskey!

This time I added some seasoning in pot! Pepper, Cajun, and Himalayan pink salt! I will add a few red pepper flakes later in the day to add a small kick!

It’s about a 3-4 maybe 5 pound beef roast.

1 can tomato paste, half a box of beef broth.

A splash of that soveign blanc boxed wine.

A big splash of whiskey

Half a bottle of my fav beer Stella artois

5 red potatoes

3 larger carrots

1 full onion chopped large

1 crushed and minced clove of garlic!

Himalayan pink salt, mucho pepper, Cajun seasoning, red pepper flakes to taste!

Put it all in the crock pot and go to work, dumbass!
