My only requirements are they must be near the ocean! Have at least 1100 – 1200 feet livable space not including garage! 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms!
Hell I’ve been looking at container houses that meet or beat that for a fraction of my city house….
All I know is if I’m the problem, I’m Definitely removing myself! that way I and y’all can “ be happy! “
Only problem is, if I leave there will be nobody available to do all the work…..
