Ever wonder what to do with that block of oyster shrooms you scored from work?

Well so did I! So tonight I made teriyaki mushroom stir fry!
Ingredients,
- A gaggle of oyster mushrooms
- A jalapeño
- An onion
- Some green beans if you also choose
- Some garlic and ginger root
- Baby bok choy
- A red pepper
- Teriyaki sauce
- Worcester sauce
- Soy sauce
- Preferred, roasted beef bullion paste ( but powdered will do!)
In a larger cereal bowl. Put a tablespoon of bullion, a splash of soy sauce along with another splash of Worcestershire sauce. Maybe even toss in a bit of your teriyaki sauce! Mix well and set aside!
Chop all that shit up! Except the oyster shrooms! Throw everything in a hot pan and cook the veggies to your preferred crunch level. While cooking throw in a bit of that beef bullion paste you had mixed with water. Let all that cook, while steaming off the beef bullion!
Next throw all the oyster mushrooms into a searing hot pan! I personally like to get a nice brown on those shrooms! When just about cooked. Reduce heat and throw in some of that beef bullion in water!
Stir, stir stir! When shrooms are cooked to your likeness! Toss everything in a pan and mix including teriyaki sauce! Ofcourse on low heat. As you’re just trying to throw some extra heat before serving!
You can either serve ala’cart or on rice…..
If you have done it right. You can’t tell the difference between shroom and meat…..
