I’ve been having issues with my shoulder since the tv fiasco of 2025! It’s been hurting and I had loss of movement and muscle.
Oddly today I reached over to get a peice of trash off the floor! Felt a gnarly pop and wammo! The pain is gone and I have full movement back! wtf?
I just scratched my back with that arm! Something I haven’t been able to do in months
