Ice cream not done yet! 🙁 glad I did a little taste test! Needed some peachy liquid flavor from the bottle! Now we wait and let it freeze!
Recipe is simple!
Put –
1-1/4 cup sugar
2 cups heavy cream
In blender and blend!
Then drop in –
1 cup whole milk ( I used 1% milk! )
I used 2.5 canned peach halves! Sliced diced and chunked! ( do it however you want! )
And blend to desired peach bit sizes!
1/4 cup peach juice ( used this as I didn’t have a blender to really mix small bits of peaches into the heavy cream! )
No blender? No problem! Just whisk the shit out of it for about a minute!
Then freeze! You can either scoop and put in another container as it’s freezing or just leave it in the bowl you made it in!
That’s it!
Since I’m a single dude and have to be fancy! I will be scooping and puting into another container as it freezes…..
