This is the first attempt at a 4egg omelet that actually flipped! 🙂 woo hoo!
Unfortunately or fortunately if your mika. Who managed to snag a piece of the 2nd hash brown before I could get it off the floor!
It turned out well!
4 eggs. With pepper and seasoning. Flipped and filled with shrooms and Brie cheese! Topped with a small squirt of that wonderful Polynesian sauce I found at Safeway…..
