Help me out here…. When I was a kid I worked a summer job at the graziano farm over off lake road! Don’t look for it now as it’s a subdivision!
But we picked radishes and green onions! Or as we called them “ leeks”!
Now this picture is of actual leeks! Fucking huge leeks, none the less, leeks!
So what are these?
I know them from work as green onion, iced or not iced! Bagged or not bagged!
What the fuck are they? I know there is another name…..
All I really know now is, I really like scallions! A mix of onion and garlic all in one ball! Mmmmm…..
