Awesome! Deep fried tofu with steamed broccoli and a veggie stir fry so to speak!
It turned out better than expected. Considering I’ve never used a wok before!
The secret to frying the tofu is draining first. Cutting into about 1” chunks and tossing them in the wok oil little by little.

You know it’s done when the outside is golden brown and the inside is this beautiful hot mushy goo!

Usually I just drizzle teriyaki on them and eat right at the stove! So good!
Also decided on a stir fry! Yellow / orange peppers with apple chunks, red potato / mushrooms a few left over broccoli that didn’t fit into the steamer!

I just cooked that with light soy sauce and a drip of teriyaki sauce, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce!
Oh and the only seasoning I used on the tofu was garlic powder and pepper…..
I also used these sauces to brighten up the mix…..
