depending on your phone or cell provider. The numbers will either be blocked on user side – your phone or server side, which means cell carrier side
If those numbers you blocked are on the phone side! What these “good guys” are doing is they going to bombard or brute force text and call those blocked numbers in hopes that they’re gonna be able to crack either your phone software or cell carry your software!
