To pick the lint out of my belly button!
Ok here is my recipe for making stuffed peppers!

4 large green bell peppers! cut in half and gutted!
1/2 lb cooked spicy sausage
1/2 lb cooked bratwurst ( the kind with the skin you can remove! so you can cook like regular sausage!
1/2 jar of typical marinara / spaghetti sauce!
2 cups of cooked rice!
I used cheddar, jack and Colby cheeses! To top it!
Cook all that shit! Toss in some marinara to a bowl. Then throw all that other stuff In there minus the pepper halves and the cheese! Mix!

Take a spoon and then use that mix to fill each Halve of pepper! To the top baby! To the top!
Sprinkle cheese on top and place each half in the air fryer! Set your air fryer to bake and temp to 250 degrees for 20 minutes!
Pull out and sprinkle a bit more cheese on top and splash some more sauce on the top!

Then eat…..
Goes good with diet soda pop!
