It started out good! Then slowly degraded! Did my first 7 stops and realised I had 2 1 box stops after!
Only problem was is the 1 boxes I was delivering were worse than the ones I was replacing! wtf?
Then as I’m finally rolling east to hit the far east stops. The truck feels like it’s about to blow a transmission! Engines working harder while I’m slowing down! So I look at my dash. Zero idiot lites, air pressure good….. so I manually downshift the truck! Same fucking thing!
So I figure maybe the brakes are dragging? So I pop the trolly valve a couple times. Slowly you can feel the truck brakes release! wtf?
So I test it again! Tap the trolly valve and I feel the braking and it never really stopped with the tug feeling!
So to fix I tapped the trolly valve multiple times Along with the brake pedal. Finally it fully released!
I make it to my next stop, set the brakes and bam, it was a cold face left front smoke jam! :)Twas like hitting the bottom of the grape vine and seeing ms carriers sitting there smoken away….. 🙂
Anyhoot I did my 2 stops as they were right next to each other. Hoped in the truck fully prepared to call the breakdown guy! Nope, worked ok!
Finished my route and headed back. Had it “ pull” a couple of times at stop lights and certain harder braking situations……
